Our crews come prepared with everything necessary (masks, gloves,
etc...) to keep you and your family isolated from our plumbers and in addition,
we practice social distancing where possible during our visit. Be assured that we have your health and
safety in mind, always.
At Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating & Sons, we consider our employees our most valuable resource. As a result, we are devoted to making the safety of our employees a top priority. Each new employee receives an extensive safety manual which is carefully studied and applied regularly. Our safety program has been developed to comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations and to abide by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of 1970. As per New York City requirements, all of our employees have their 30 hour OSHA certified training cards.
Our company integrates employee safety practices into every project we perform. It is company policy of Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating & Sons to actively pursue an accident prevention and hazard recognition program through all levels of our company. On-site meetings are held on a weekly basis to actively manage company safety. These meetings serve as a way to enforce safety regulations and procedures, conduct workplace safety inspections, compile and distribute updated safety and health information to employees, complete and analyze accident investigation reports, and discuss other safety related information that we consider of vital importance.
Employees of Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating & Sons are very particular about the safety and security of their customers. Before each job, our employees take the proper precautions to provide a safe and smooth service. Throughout the service, our employees maintain the site of work and keep it neat and clean. Before the job is declared finished, the service performed is always double checked and tested to ensure confidence in both the employee and customer. We pride ourselves on providing a safe work environment for all our employees and customers. Our Safety Director, Thomas Dunphy enforces proper safety guidelines and ensures proper conduct.
